*** It is important and very interesting to note that there are some Jews that do not identify as either Sephardic or Ashkenazi. These usually are Yemenite Jews, Ethiopian Jews, and Asian Jews. These groups tend to have their own customs, which are often a combination of Jewish culture and another culture. Yemen Jews for the most part mainly all now live in Israel, only leaving a very small remainder in Yemen. Those who have remained in Yemen experience brutal anti-Semitism, on a daily basis. Ethiopian Jews, also known at Beta Israel, lived in northern and northwestern Ethiopia, in villages that were dominated mainly by Muslims and Christians. They also know mainly live in Israel. Asian Jews, are mainly from Eastern Asia, and have been around for centuries. There do also exists Asian Jews from all throughout Asia.
